Cancellations Policy 

Please notify of a cancellation 24 hours before appointment and 48 hours before any spa package or multiple services appointment. Cancellations or no shows without notice may result in a forfeit of down payment or value of a gift certificate. 

Barazahi Waiting List

Please request to be placed on our waiting list if unable to make a preferred appointment time. You will be contacted immediately if the time slot becomes available.

Additional Treatments

Additional treatments to compliment your spa package may be booked at the cost of the particular treatment.

Check In & Lockers

Please arrive at Barazahi at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time. Late arrival may force us to provide a shortened treatment session. Lockers are provided for both gymnasium and spa clients.

Gift Certificate / Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers and certificates for treatments, products or spa days may be purchased from the spa reception. Please present either on arrival for your complementary treatment.

Health And Safety

We want all our clients to receive the best of care. Please inform us of any medical conditions, medical treatments (or medications taken) in our spa health questionnaire prior to your first treatment at Barazahi. Certain medical conditions may make some treatments unsafe or unsuitable, so it is important that you inform your therapist. We also take special care with ladies who are pregnant. 

Spa Tranquility

Barazahi is a peaceful environment so we ask our clients to minimize mobile phone use while in the spa area, and generally keep noise levels at a minimum for the pleasure of all clients.

Barazahi Concierge

We love to hear your ideas on how to enhance a visit at Barazahi especially on special days for you like birthdays or anniversary celebrations. We have, at the request of our clients, included in our treatment sessions, champagne, flowers, and chocolates. Please notify us of your request and settle additional charges when making the appointment.
